Kate Burdekin
Kate Burdekin is the Director of Create Disability Services, a women-led Support Coordination and consultancy practice grounded in strong governance, safeguarding and structured advocacy.
Kate brings extensive experience in regulatory compliance, evidence-informed planning and complex case documentation. Her work is underpinned by a deep understanding of risk, accountability and the importance of building clear, defensible evidence in matters involving guardianship, tribunal processes, behaviour oversight and funding strategy.
With a long-standing background across foster care and community-based services, Kate understands how to navigate multiple systems, including mainstream, health, housing and child protection, to ensure participants’ needs are addressed holistically and ethically.
In her leadership role, Kate provides strategic oversight and complex case direction across the organisation. She supports her team with plan interpretation, safeguarding considerations, cross-sector coordination and long-term outcome planning.
Her approach is calm, structured and proactive. She believes effective coordination is not reactive administration, but considered, evidence-based advocacy delivered with professionalism and care.
Kate remains committed to strengthening practitioner capability and raising the standard of Support Coordination.

Marianne Coulson
Marianne is a key member of the Create Disability Services team and is often the first point of contact for participants and families. She ensures every enquiry is handled with professionalism, warmth and clarity.
In her role as Client & Support Coordination Officer, Marianne supports the coordination team through structured administration, accurate documentation and responsive communication. Her attention to detail and calm approach help maintain consistency across service bookings, client onboarding and day-to-day coordination processes.
Marianne is highly organised and solutions-focused, ensuring both participants and colleagues feel supported throughout their journey with Create. Her commitment to clear communication and reliable follow-through contributes significantly to the smooth operation of our service.
With a genuine care for the people we support and a strong alignment with Create’s values, Marianne plays an integral role in upholding the professionalism and integrity of our practice.

Kate Bell-Wood (Kiki)
Kate Bell-Wood, known to many as Kiki, is a Team Leader at Create Disability Services and brings extensive experience across youth work, aged care and complex support environments.
She holds a Diploma in Youth Work, a Certificate III in Aged Care, and has completed additional training in Advanced Case Management and Mental Health First Aid. Her professional background is complemented by lived experience supporting a family member with complex psychosocial and neurological disability.
Through navigating the NDIS both professionally and personally, Kate developed a strong understanding of the importance of structured coordination, clear communication and informed advocacy. She understands firsthand how effective Support Coordination can positively impact quality of life, restore stability and reconnect individuals with their community.
In her leadership role, Kate provides guidance and oversight to her team, ensuring supports are delivered with consistency, integrity and careful planning. She is committed to empowering participants through knowledge, strengthening practitioner capability, and maintaining high standards of coordination across complex and evolving circumstances.

Charmaine Rogers
Meet Charmaine Rogers, Team Leader at Create Disability Services
Charmaine joins us with a robust foundation of professional qualifications and a wealth of experience in the disability sector. Previously, she excelled as an Employment Consultant and Regional Manager in disability employment services before advancing into practice and performance management roles. Most recently, Charmaine has made her mark in the NDIS Support Coordination realm, leading teams toward achieving positive outcomes for clients.
A driven and passionate leader, Charmaine is dedicated to empowering individuals and enhancing their skills to achieve both professional and personal goals. Her empathetic approach ensures that she understands each client’s unique needs, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes growth and independence.
We are truly fortunate to have Charmaine as part of our team. Her inspirational leadership and extensive knowledge will undoubtedly benefit not only our clients at Create Disability Services but also our team as a whole.

Kelsie Smith
Kelsie brings extensive experience within the child protection sector to her role at Create Disability Services.
Her background includes supporting children, young people, carers, caseworkers, birth families and external providers to build coordinated care arrangements that promote stability and positive outcomes. This experience has strengthened her skills in relationship-building, advocacy and collaborative service planning.
Kelsie approaches her work with professionalism, empathy and a strong commitment to participant rights. She works closely with participants, families and multidisciplinary teams to establish structured, goal-focused supports that are practical and sustainable.
With a clear focus on empowerment and personal growth, Kelsie supports participants to build capacity, strengthen care networks and move toward meaningful outcomes aligned with their NDIS goals.

Kerrie Turner
Kerrie brings extensive experience across education, community engagement and disability services to her role at Create Disability Services.
Her professional background includes working with the NSW Department of Education as a primary school teacher, alongside roles within Community Disability Alliance Hunter as a Peer Mentor and Community Engagement Officer. This experience has provided her with strong skills in collaboration, advocacy and person-centred planning.
Kerrie also brings valuable lived experience, having self-managed a family member’s NDIS plan, coordinated mental health supports and navigated the NDIS internal review process. This insight strengthens her understanding of the practical and emotional realities families may face within the system.
She is committed to empowering participants through knowledge, building capacity and ensuring supports are coordinated in a way that is structured, responsive and aligned with individual goals.
Kerrie works collaboratively with participants, families, providers and colleagues to develop thoughtful and sustainable support arrangements. She is a valued member of the Create team, contributing to our professional, participant-focused and integrity-driven approach to Support Coordination.

Alexandra Rogers (Alex)
Alex is a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Coordinator with experience across both the aged care and disability sectors.
Her background includes roles in disability support, personal care, plan management, claims administration and prior experience within Support Coordination. This breadth of experience provides her with a well-rounded understanding of service delivery, funding processes and the practical realities participants face.
Alex is deeply committed to participant rights and advocacy. She approaches her work with professionalism, reliability and compassion, ensuring individuals feel heard, informed and supported in navigating their NDIS plans.
With both personal insight and professional experience within the sector, Alex understands the importance of clear communication, thoughtful planning and coordinated supports. Her commitment to ongoing growth and development strengthens both her practice and the outcomes achieved for participants.

Lauren Richardson
Lauren brings both professional and lived experience within the community services sector to her role at Create Disability Services.
Her background includes working as a foster care caseworker and residential care worker, providing her with a strong foundation in child protection, safeguarding and coordinated care planning. This experience equips Lauren with the skills to support young people in care and participants with complex needs in a structured and responsive manner.
Lauren is committed to ensuring that participants’ interests, views and goals remain central to all planning and decision-making. She works collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary care teams to develop coordinated supports that are practical, consistent and aligned with individual needs.

Allison Armstrong
Allison brings over a decade of experience in community services and casework, alongside lived insight as a parent of two children who are NDIS participants.
Her professional background includes Out of Home Care, where she worked collaboratively with therapeutic providers, housing, education and health services to deliver coordinated, sustainable wraparound support. She has also supported foster carers as a Carer Support Officer, strengthening their confidence and capacity to navigate complex care environments.
Allison has strong expertise in service navigation, advocacy and collaborative planning, with a deep understanding of the local service landscape and practical pathways within the NDIS. Her approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive, grounded in clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving, particularly during periods of complexity or change.
She holds a Diploma and Certificate IV in Community Services, along with specialised training in trauma-informed practice, cultural competence, vicarious trauma management and NDIS Quality and Safeguards.
Allison is committed to ensuring participants’ goals remain central to every decision, contributing to Create’s structured, safeguarding-aware and integrity-driven approach to Support Coordination.

Meagan White
Meagan is a highly capable and motivated Support Coordinator who brings strong clinical and leadership experience to her role at Create Disability Services.
Prior to joining Create, Meagan worked within the disability sector as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, House Manager and Lead Disability Support Worker. This background provides her with a deep understanding of complex support environments, behaviour support implementation and coordinated service delivery.
Meagan approaches her work with professionalism, responsiveness and a strong commitment to participant outcomes. She is skilled in working collaboratively with care teams, allied health professionals and families to ensure supports are consistent, structured and aligned with individual goals.
Her experience across frontline and leadership roles allows her to approach coordination with both practical insight and strategic oversight, particularly in more layered or behaviour-sensitive situations.

Lilli Ng
Lilli holds a Diploma of Community Services and an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine, bringing both academic and practical knowledge to her role at Create Disability Services.
She has extensive experience within the child protection sector, including training foster carers, and has worked as a mental health disability support worker and Assistant Occupational Therapist. This diverse background provides Lilli with strong insight into therapeutic supports, behaviour-informed practice and coordinated care planning.
Lilli applies her hands-on experience and clinical understanding to ensure supports are structured, responsive and aligned with each participant’s individual needs. She works collaboratively with families, allied health professionals and service providers to promote consistency and long-term outcomes.

Samantha Crebbin
Samantha is a passionate and experienced Support Coordinator who brings over 10 years of experience across the disability and aged care sectors to her role at Create Disability Services.
With a strong background in care management, rostering, care planning and direct client support, Samantha understands both the practical and personal aspects of navigating complex service systems. She approaches her work with warmth, authenticity and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Samantha is known for her approachable nature and hands-on style. She takes the time to build meaningful, trusting relationships with participants and families, ensuring they feel heard, respected and confident in their journey. Her calm and supportive communication style helps individuals feel safe to ask questions, explore options and make informed decisions.
She is passionate about ensuring supports are not only well-coordinated and financially sustainable, but also tailored to what truly matters to each person. Samantha works collaboratively with providers and allied health teams to create clear, practical and goal-focused support arrangements.

Katherine Younger
Katherine is a dedicated and highly capable Support Coordinator at Create Disability Services, supporting participants across both Support Coordination and Finding & Keeping a Job supports.
With a diverse professional background spanning public health, management and frontline disability support, Katherine brings a strong combination of analytical thinking, organisation and genuine care to her role. Her experience working within complex medical environments, alongside previous hands-on disability support roles, provides her with a well-rounded understanding of both systems navigation and practical participant needs.
Katherine has been assisting families in complex case scenarios, where her calm approach, critical thinking and ability to synthesise information are particularly valuable. She is skilled at working collaboratively with participants, families, allied health professionals and providers to ensure supports are coordinated, structured and outcome-focused.
Her background includes direct disability support experience, giving her firsthand insight into the importance of personalised, strengths-based planning. Katherine is adaptable in her communication style and builds strong, respectful relationships grounded in trust and clarity.

Alison Lennard
Alison is an experienced Support Coordinator with over nine years of dedicated experience within the NDIS sector.
She brings an exceptional understanding of NDIS legislation, plan implementation and budget oversight, alongside extensive experience liaising with families, direct support teams, allied health professionals, the Office of the Public Guardian and other government bodies. Alison is highly skilled in preparing review reports, navigating complex service systems and supporting participants through both routine coordination and crisis situations.
Throughout her career, Alison has held both Coordinator and Team Leader positions across multiple organisations, providing supervision, guidance and strategic oversight to Support Coordination teams across regional and metropolitan areas. Her leadership experience strengthens her ability to approach coordination with structure, foresight and accountability.
Alison’s professional background also includes roles in disability education, vision services and large-scale community event management, equipping her with strong organisational, administrative and stakeholder engagement skills. She is confident in managing complex documentation, compliance requirements and cross-sector communication.
Known for her thorough and reliable approach, Alison works collaboratively with participants and their networks to ensure supports are coordinated effectively, funding is monitored responsibly and goals remain central to decision-making.
