Employment can be a significant step, and it often requires more than simply securing a position.

At Create Disability Services, our role as Support Coordinators is to ensure your employment goal is supported with structured planning, coordinated services and clear communication across all involved providers.

We work with you to:

• Clarify employment goals within your NDIS plan
• Coordinate employment and capacity-building supports
• Align therapeutic, clinical and community services with workplace demands
• Anticipate and address barriers that may impact retention
• Strengthen communication between you, providers and (where appropriate) employers

Our focus is long-term sustainability. Employment should feel supported, stable and achievable — not overwhelming.

Where employment intersects with complex supports, behavioural needs or safeguarding considerations, we provide coordinated oversight to ensure consistency and accountability across services.

This support is available to working-age participants with an employment goal within their NDIS plan and may apply to open or supported employment pathways.
